Polka Dots, Flowers and Frilly Bows - OH MY!

This background is the stuff Bill's nightmares are made of. He very graciously gave me the opportunity to pick a more feminine background and I just couldn't resist teasing a little. I think that it is safe to say this one won't be around for long.
